? First Day trying this out; have not yet confirmed weight
9/1 102kg   Yesterday was evening weight training - arms, back, and ab workout - 30 min stairmaster (Level 12 - 10 min - Level 7 20min)
9/2 101.5kg   Did not train in gym, but active running while son was learning to bike (I'm not a runner, but will soon plan to take it up. Plans for muay thai training tonight.

9/3

101kg

2 muay thai training sessions (was tricked into doing second session) total exhaustion from medicine ball sit ups and bag punching

9/4

100.5kg

7am MT session, plus last minute evening session to release tension from tough day - Did NOT eat lunch - that was VERY BAD - ate a late dinner - that was WORSE.

9/5

100kg

Biggest challenge was not eating the BBQ sliders at the Powerset Lunch 2.0. Attended 5:30pm Muay Thai yesterday. I think I'm going to make a separate activity log. I think I've peaked in weight loss, too - because, Holy Crap! - I've been losing .5 kg a day!!!! I honestly doubt that I would be able to keep this up...

9/6

99.5kg

Reviewing the meals on Friday: I think having a low carb diet helps. Hell, I had STEAK for lunch! I want to see about trying to eat more vegetables and eat a little lighter this weekend and next week. The other big thing was NOT having ANY alcohol. It's going to change a bit on Wed (as I promised a few for a night out)

9/7

100kg

I knew it wouldn't last. Last night was a cheat night with the chirashi sushi/rice and the beer and yuzu wine. It could have been worse. Will now be back to discipline myself and see how this following week pans out.

9/8

100kg

This week will just post to flicker and send out one seesfit tweet.

9/9

99.5kg

  Getting back on track

9/10

99kg

I need to get more sleep. I had coffee during a break and included some chips for lunch.

9/11

99kg

Yesterday was really really bad. Went to the seesmic party (great to meet you Loic), and then went to spontaneous @techkaraokesf  and wondering how I got home... needless to say, I'm recovering

9/12

99.5

Considering I had a hangover all day Thursday, it could have been worse. Went through the original sin of having a McDonald's Breakfast. Did not work out, but if anything I got a lot of much needed sleep last night. Now to get back on track.

9/13

99.5

Well, can't believe that I didn't gain weight. whew! Will try to pick up on eating better than last week, that's for sure...

9/14

99.5

Kept food intake to minimum, but snacked a lot on almonds.

9/15

99

Surprised that I lost considering how much I ate, but kepted active

9/16

98.5

Eat fairly healthy, but late lunch and dinner did not help.
9/17 98.5   Eating schedule was wacked because of work
9/18 99

I did something bad and eat at midnight

9/19 99   That's it. I need to actually start again with sending out pics, will start on Saturday

Get ready for the soreness to kick in within the next few days! If you're not sore, you went TOO easy! ;D
