Biggest challenge was not eating the BBQ sliders at the Powerset Lunch 2.0. Attended 5:30pm Muay Thai yesterday. I think I'm going to make a separate activity log. I think I've peaked in weight loss, too - because, Holy Crap! - I've been losing .5 kg a day!!!! I honestly doubt that I would be able to keep this up... |

Reviewing the meals on Friday: I think having a low carb diet helps. Hell, I had STEAK for lunch! I want to see about trying to eat more vegetables and eat a little lighter this weekend and next week. The other big thing was NOT having ANY alcohol. It's going to change a bit on Wed (as I promised a few for a night out) |

I knew it wouldn't last. Last night was a cheat night with the chirashi sushi/rice and the beer and yuzu wine. It could have been worse. Will now be back to discipline myself and see how this following week pans out. |

Get ready for the soreness to kick in within the next few days! If you're not sore, you went TOO easy! ;D

trust me, I'm only prepping for the muay thai pain that's coming up... I'm going to live and breath soreness - and I will like it...
