I am in the process of a major job hunt, so it's been very easy to fall into bad habits: staying up late which can often lead directly to that "sleeping in" and eating out way too much. Also having left the corporate world, I can't just simply stop at the gym downstairs for a quick workout. And all that has added up to some extra weight which I need to address!

 

I can't imagine giving up caffeine right now but as I start to make some progress, I bet it'll be an easier concept to embrace.

 

Just tracking -and thinking- about #seesfit will be immensely helpful. Good lukc to me and good luck to us all.
