Over the past year, my wieght has gotten to a point where it could spin out of control. The culprit is too much working and eating anything I want at my desk; and not enough exercise. Here is my plan to lose 15 lbs in 2 months (from 9/3/08 to 11/3/08):
- 3 square meals a day; w/ 1 small snack if needed.
- Meals should be high in protein, low in carbs, low in fat
- Meals should contain portions of fruits and/or veggies).
- No junk food at work & no soda.
- Cut back on alcohol (OMG!)
- Drink more water
- Increase running to 3 days a week at least

WTF indeed! How did that happen? Must stay focused. Dinner was hard last night, had sushi with my sister-in-law and her BF who was visiting from out of town. Had a beer. Must be better about alcohol, it is a diet KILLER! Must run today as well.

Been 9 days since I last updated. I've been good with my eating habits, and my problem is clerarly a lack of exercise. @wife and I are strategizing how we can do something active together to help motivate. At least I am maintaining weight! |
