Goal: lose 7kg in 4 months. I'm trying to be realistic and above all, not get that 7kg back.

 

This is my plan:

 

  • Start exercising again at least 3 times a week: swimming, bodycombat, bodypump and I want to try bike. No running for me for the time being.
  • Eat healthy: no sweets or biscuits, no icecream, food low in fat, more fruit. I do eat loads of vegs though.
  • Eat 5 times a day: a complete breakfast, a mid-morning fruit, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner.
  • Stop eating between meals: this is killing me.
  • Make a weekly menu, so I can really think about what I eat, instead of eat "whatever I can get".
  • Sleep more. Most of the time I feel too tired to exercise.

Luch: Salad with two thin slices of turkey. A slice of melon.
