I'm in my ideal weight range at the moment, however my goals are to really see some toning and muscle definition to my body.  Most of the things I display below are things I've been practicing for years already (such as the "No Alcohol, No Coffee, No Tea) due to my religious practices (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints).

Goal127 lbs --->115 lbs; run a Marathon, complete a Triathlon

 

What I Eat:

  • Consume 1400-1600 calories daily
    • Whole grains
    • Fresh fruit (never canned!!)
    • Lean meats (sparingly)
    • Three 8oz bottles of water daily
  • No Alcohol
  • No Coffee
  • No Tea (except: herbal teas (Yerba Mate) 
  • No Sugar (except: small amounts of honey on my toast, & a periodical 1 serving of whatever Mom has baked)
  • Fast 1st Sunday of each month ( a personal religious practice of no food or water for 2 consecutive meals) 

 

What I do: 

  • Cardio 4-6 times a week of no less than 30 min segments ( however, usually last 1 hour )
    • Running
    • Step Aerobics
    • Rowing
    • Biking
  • Weight / Strength Training 3-4 times a week
  • Good sleep is essential to feeling good and losing weight.  So I'll do my best with that, but I can't state a specific goal because life is just too complicated for that xD.

09/1  127.2  So far so good.  Eating great this morning, and just finished a 1 hour weight training work out.  I might go running tonight... I'll shoot for 3 miles- update 'cha later :) ***later: Didn't go running after all.
