Breakfast; Tea, 2 english muffins. Lunch; sausage w/ mustard, arugula & tomato salad w/ balsamic vinegarette. Dinner: fusili in tomato sauce, arugula salad in vinegarette w/ tomato & cucumber, nuts, hunks of parmesan cheese.
