I'm now almost 92kg for 1m90 (used to weight 75 in 2001). It's a good timing for a reaction. Let's see if I can go back to 87kgs (or less) after a 2 months diet.
I'll call it a "normal" step-by-step diet with:
- Sport: Basically 1 hour of swimming each working day (a lot more during week-ends).
- Food volume reduced: That's the most important thing of my diet.
- Eating slowly.
- Low fat food: I'm not 100% sure to respect this but I'll try (no icecreams and such, no junk food).
