  • Goal?

I'm now almost 92kg for 1m90 (used to weight 75 in 2001). It's a good timing for a reaction. Let's see if I can go back to 87kgs (or less) after a 2 months diet.

 

  • My diet?

I'll call it a "normal" step-by-step diet with:

  1. Sport: Basically 1 hour of swimming each working day (a lot more during week-ends).
  2. Food volume reduced: That's the most important thing of my diet.
  3. Eating slowly.
  4. Low fat food: I'm not 100% sure to respect this but I'll try (no icecreams and such, no junk food).

 

  • End of diet?

  Let's start to lose weight!

91.5kg   1 hour of swimming + I reduced food volume at night.

Lunch: Diet at lunch then swimming for 1 hour after lunch

Dinner: I failed to follow my diet with a mojito + pasta/pizza dinner! (oops!) so I decided to swim at night for about 50 min to counter balance and burn those calories.

Lunch:Chicken, vegetables  then swimming for 30 minutes.

Dinner: BBQ with sausages (oops)!

  Happy to reach the psychological milestone of 90kg.

Dinner: Couscous Royal + Mojito (but normal quantities and no first course, no dessert).

Swimming twice after I hate lunch & dinner during 2 hours.
