Antoine's progress

Page history last edited by aolbrechts 1 yr ago

Here's a simple page to track down what I do in order to reach my Seesfit goals ;-)

So I'm 1m87 and 96kg and would like to lose by the end of november something like 10kg...

My main goals are:

- Stop eating while I prepare meals (I love to cook but I eat like a whole meal while I cook, than the "normal meal"...)

- Stop eating too much bread, potatoes, excess mayonnaise, sauces, etc...

- Eat serveral vegetables and fruits every day

- Run at least twice a week (from monday to friday) after work

- Attend all my field hockey practice on tuesdays as well as the games on sundays (I usually never attend the practices but play 100% of the games)

- Only drink alcohol on week end parties, not during the week or at hockey

I started this "Seesfit program" this monday (September 1st), I think I'm going to follow this every day in a table like Loïc did...

A piece of advice: Try replacing mayonnaise with moutarde or ketchup.

Yup, trying to prefer ketchup (but not too much either...)!

Ketchup isn't allowed in some parts of Chicago. :) You might want to try mustard instead. Many many different kinds out there. Our latest fave is dill mustard. Cal 0, Fat 0
